Trenddoctor.com ship orders virtually to any international address, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using Aramex shipping company as well as standard international shipping.

FREE or discounted shipping is available in Bahrain only.

For International orders a discount of $2.5 will apply during free shipping promotion

TREND DOCTOR SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME  

Orders received by 12PM (Saturday-Thursday) are typically processed the same day.

 Orders received after 12PM or on Thursday and Friday normally processed the next business day.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Trenddoctor.com makes every effort to ensure that all of the merchandise we feature is in stock.

In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock. You will not be charged for the out of stock item.

We will not ship the item when it is back in stock, as we do not have a backorder system.

ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

To serve you better, Trenddoctor.com will begin to process your order immediately after you click the SUBMIT ORDER button. You can contact us to cancel the order anytime as long as the status of your order is still "confirmed"

No cancelation will be accepted after shipping the order (order status "shipped") 

 

RETURN POLICY

Trenddoctor.com is dedicated to bringing you an amazing shopping experience from start to finish! If the product is defective or mis-shipped, please contact our customer service team to assist you.

Makeup and skincare product cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene purposes.  

Note: Trendcotor will refund the total cost of the defective items excluding the shipping costs 

 

Time limit on returns:

 

Products must be returned within one week of the Process Date on the order packing slip to receive a refund (Store Credit) on Trenddoctor.com. Trenddoctor store credit will be added to the account as soon as the items are returned to our store.

 

Payment credit: 

  • A store credit can be used for any purchase at anytime (no expiry date).
  • In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier.

 

Trend Rewards Points:

  • Rewards points earned for product being returned will be deducted from your account.
  • If you redeemed your rewards points to buy an item and then return it, those points will be added back to your Trend Rewards balance.
  • You can always choose to exchange the item for something else in the store and receive the same discount - we have more than 1,000 items for you to choose from!

 Refunding shipping fee:
Original shipping charges paid at the time of Trenddoctor.com order submit are refunded only if the product is defective or mis-shipped by Trenddoctor.

• Please allow us 10 business days for receiving and processing your online order return.

• Credit will appear on your account within immediatly after we processed your return.
